ABOUT ME
I'm an illustrator from time to time, a teacher sometimes and a full time animation fanatic. I've been writing about animation in national and international journals ( but do animators read?). I've published several picture books with Sd·Edicions and started working in animation at Bren Entertainment (Filmax), where I learned what I shouldn't do in animation.
I've also been working as a researcher for the Catalan Film Archive, collecting data for the restoration of the hand-drawn animated film Érase una vez… (1950). I transformed all the information in my thesis, so now they say I'm a Doctor in animation (which is pretty cool).
Meanwhile I draw, I fight with the photoshop to achieve graphic design commissions and I teach what I've learned from that fights. Believe it or not, I have some time left to make a rotoscoped documentary on animation. And I swear I will succeed!
